Associate Learning Designer

AUG 2024 - NOW

Uplifted 16+ undergrad and postgrad courses to RMIT Blended Learning approach by designing the asynchronous learning experience backed by HigherEd pedagogical frameworks, enabling lecturers to optimise in-class time for high-impact, deep-dive teaching.

Enhanced student self-learning motivation and engagement through active, interactive learning sequences, leading to increased student interaction with low-stakes learning activities on LMS (Canvas).

Optimised learning design process through win-win co-design workflow with academics, which increased lecturer ownership of the course and facilitated an exchange of pedagogical and industry expertise.

Produced interactive media assets using edtech tools (H5P, Padlet, Genially and custom HTML simulations) to make learning more persuasive and engaging, ensuring content on Canvas remained fully accessible for all students in line with WCAG Level AA standards.
