Optimised the end-to-end e-learning production cycle to an average of one month by establishing robust procedures, resulting in a predictable 4-week timeline for both pre- and post-production for 40+ courses.

Increased SMEs onboarding and content creation efficiency by designing SOP templates and step-by-step instructions, enabling experts to deliver content faster with fewer errors due to clearer process expectations.

Ensured consistent, high-standard course quality by overseeing a standardised QA process rooted in pedagogical research.

Centralised course production resources for SMEs and internal teams by building the Academic Portal as a comprehensive resource hub, allowing new SMEs to quickly navigate the production steps and begin work with minimal guidance.
