Key Accountabilities

As a Founder & Organisation Director

SEP 2023 - NOW

Founded and scaled a community education NPO in Đồng Nai by gathering and leading a cross-functional team of 20+ members, resulting in the delivery of 20+ experiential events reaching 400+ students.

Expanded strategic outreach by leading partnership initiatives, resulting in collaborations with seven high schools (both public and private) across Đồng Nai and Ho Chi Minh City.

Established a self-sustaining operational structure by designing workflows and training staff on project-based management procedures, which enabled independent team performance and maintained a 1-month event lifecycle.

Developed workshop design frameworks aligned with the MOET 2018 National Education General Program, resulting in the launch of the Joint Arts Experience Program (Đồng Nai/HCMC) and the Future Orientation Pilot Program (Trấn Biên High School in Đồng Nai).

Ensured high-quality learning experiences by co-designing "101" workshops with industry experts, achieving a student satisfaction score of over 9/10.

Increased student engagement and retention by designing and facilitating experiential learning activities, resulting in 30% of students returning for multiple events.

Shifted student mindsets toward career orientation by transforming abstract concepts into hands-on career experiences, effectively bridging the gap between specialised industry knowledge and high school youth.

Skills I've Gained So Far

As a founder, I wore many hats and navigated complex challenges. While this role broadened my general skillset, I developed specific expertise in:
